Plot: 7 years have passed since the story of the prequel "Hanamachi Monogatari". Hanakage takes place in the Meiji era in Japan. The main character, Kirishima Iori, is one of the most popular prostitutes in the Hanabishi men's red light district. Iori originally came from a prestigious samurai family. However, his father accumulated a large amount of debts and committed suicide. To protect his mother, Iori chose the path of a prostitute. Although the main character worked as a humble prostitute, he did not lose his pride. He was often rude and impolite to his patrons, which caused him to have problems with Tatsumi's owner.
